I'm a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist (RD) with a Master's degree in Nutrition and Food Sciences.
 

I believe nutrition should be personalized, flexible, & sustainable. I help my clients move away from the all-or-nothing dieting mindset and instead practice balanced lifestyle habits that allow you to feel and perform your best!

 

I will work alongside you to help you crush your nutrition & health goals, one step at a time and in an environment that is positive, motivating & supportive. I will teach you how to fuel your body so you can live your best life and feel healthy & happy. 

 

I've helped over 100 clients between the ages of 14-77, and I have worked in some of the highest-rated fitness facilities in Rhode Island.
